World Championships 2011 - Evan Warner wins Boxxer Worlds!

After some hard training throughout the World Cup season Evan Warner has beaten out last years winner Len Hornidge to take the Boxxer World Championships in Champery last night! For those unfamiliar with Boxxer World Championships it pits top mechanics against each other in a head to head Rock Shox Boxxer rebuilding and drinking contest. It's a long standing event at Worlds.

Round one was handily won by Evan, aka "Cougar Candy" as he's know in Whistler, against Steve Smith's mechanic, Nigel Reeve. |

Boxxer Worlds also saw loads of famous faces from the past: Nico Vouilloz, Anne Caroline Chausson--and the original European SRAM tech crew. |
