Jared Graves has won the 4X at Leogang today, David Graf 2nd, and Tomas Slavik 3rd. In the womens race it was Romana Labounkova with Melissa Buhl 2nd and Anneke Beerten 3rd. The rain definitely played a part today with riders having to really slow down for more than one of the corners or risk going down on the wet and greasy track. It was also interesting to see riders using tear offs in 4X, that's not something you normally see. It was raining so hard riders were pulling tear offs at the start gate, sometimes more than once...

It was a bit of a battle in the first corner but Graves pulled out in first. Graf took the wide line through the second corner and came into the third with a lot of speed, moving into second spot. It was a constant battle after that but the order never changed.
In the womens race Romana Labounkova had an awesome snap out of the gate and lead the whole race while Melissa and Anneke battled it out to the first corner, Buhl took a better line and the order didn't change after that.
Watch the gate! An early round racer false starts in the gate. Pretty much he's screwed.
David Graf leading the bunch into the first corner during one of the early heats.
Lukas Machura coming up inside on Michal Prokop to try and snake the lead, but Prokop had too much horsepower.
Romana Labounkova was simply on another level at this race.
Trucks heading in for the men's 4X Final: Graves and Saladini are in the front, Thomas Slavik in the second truck.
Grubby Graves is pretty much unstoppable when he is on. At Leogang - especially after the loss at Fort William - Graves was on.

I am sure that that was just a case but I would have expected more and better attention and tact.
