And with regards to your note to ericpalmer about avoiding people poaching photos and posting them, the only way is to not let people post photos. As soon as something is online someone is going to poach it, it's just the way it is. So if photographers want to put stuff on their own site or wherever someone is going to steal it and post it. If you don't want it poached, don't put it online. Simple really.
